"I’ve been using Salesloft to set up calendar..."
I’ve been using Salesloft to set up calendar links and book meetings, it makes the whole process simple. Way less back and forth, way less. It usually syncs with my calendar just fine, though I did run into a couple small glitches where time slots didn’t show up correctly. Nothing major though. Overall, it saves me time and makes scheduling meetings a lot smoother.

"Good tool, just kinda expensive for us"
SalesLoft does the job and it’s got some helpful features, but the price feels a bit high for how much we actually use it. It’s not a bad tool at all, I just don’t know if we’re getting enough value out of it for what we pay.

"Way less guessing now"
I’ve been using salesloft for a bit, and after getting used to where everything is and letting our team settle into the workflow, I’ve noticed it’s made planning a lot less stressful. The forecasts aren’t perfect every single time, but they’re much closer than what we were working with before, which saves me a lot of guessing...

"I’ve been using it mainly to track..."
I’ve been using it mainly to track prospects, and for that, it does the job well. It’s helpful being able to see where leads are and what needs follow-up. That said, once I’m moving through a lot of info or trying to update things quickly, it can feel a little clunky and messy. Overall, it works for what I need, but the experience could definitely be smoother.

"Salesforce Sync Can Be Inconsistent"
Salesloft works fine overall, but the Salesforce sync has been hit or miss for us. You’d expect activity logs to show up reliably without having to babysit them, but sometimes they come through late or don’t sync at all. Support has helped here and there, but I still find myself double-checking things just to make sure nothing got missed.

"I’ve been using Salesloft for a while..."
I’ve been using Salesloft for a while now, and overall, the platform does what we need it to do. The main thing that’s been a little frustrating for me is the account management experience. There have been times when our manager got back to us quickly and was genuinely helpful, which I appreciated. But other times, I felt like I had to follow up more than I should just to get a clear answer. It’s not a bad experience by any means, but for the price, I expected it to feel more consistent. There’s definitely room for improvement.

"Reporting feels a bit all over the place"
salesloft has been fine for basic tracking, but the reporting side feels kind of clunky to me. I’m not 100% sure if it’s just how our setup is configured, but getting to the numbers I need takes a lot more clicking than I expected. Some of the metrics also make me pause because they don’t always feel super easy to verify. I was hoping for cleaner dashboards without having to keep exporting things to make sense of them...

"CRM sync gets the job done, with a few hiccups"
salesloft syncs with our CRM well for the most part. Day to day, it usually does what we need, but there have been a few times where updates took longer than expected or something didn’t line up quite right. It’s not a huge issue, but when I’m trying to track down notes or make sure tasks are up to date, it can get a little frustrating. Overall, it works fine, just not always as smoothly as I’d like.
"Pretty easy to use, honestly"
I wasn’t expecting much, but setting it up was actually super simple. I kind of hate admitting it, but it’s been easy enough to use every day without any hassle.

"Pretty flexible for what we needed"
It worked well for our setup. The custom fields helped a lot and made things way easier to tweak. There are a few minor limits here and there, but overall it’s been solid, no biggie.

"Pretty much has what we need"
I was kind of expecting to run into that one missing tool we’d need, but nope, it pretty much has everything included. Makes things a lot easier when you don’t have to go hunting around for extras.

"Good call recordings overall"
So... the call recordings have been clear overall. Every now and then a few calls get a little choppy, but for the most part they sound good.

"The training videos were helpful, and..."
The training videos were helpful, and for the most part, I didn’t have much trouble following along. A few parts were still a bit confusing, but overall it was a good experience.

"Looks fine, but the menus are a bit much"
The interface is mostly okay, like it looks decent at first glance, but then the menus start feeling kind of cluttered. I don’t know, it’s usable, just a little messy in places.

"Solid dialer with just a couple small annoyances"
Overall, this dialer has been really solid for me. Calls connect quickly, I don’t run into many random drops, and it makes getting through my call list a lot less frustrating. I do wish a few of the little workflow things were a bit more polished, because I still hit the occasional minor annoyance here and there. But it’s been smooth most of the time and saves me a good amount of time every day.

"Cadence setup works, but it feels clunky"
salesloft is fine for managing cadences, and it basically does what I need it to do. But setting things up can feel messier than it should. Editing steps, moving people around, and making small changes usually takes more clicks than I expect. It’s not terrible, just not very smooth. I also don’t love feeling like I’d have to rely on customer service if something gets confusing, because I’m never fully confident they’ll actually make things easier. Overall, it’s good enough, but I wish it were more straightforward to use...

"Feels like it hasn’t changed much"
I’ve been using salesloft for basic outreach, and it gets the job done well enough for things like sending sequences and keeping track of follow-ups. But from my day-to-day experience, it doesn’t feel like the product has really improved in a meaningful way lately. Most of the updates I notice seem like small interface tweaks rather than changes that actually make my work faster or easier.
For what it costs, I expected more in terms of smarter automation or features that would help me be more efficient. It’s not a bad tool, and we still use it, but compared with some other platforms I’ve tried, salesloft feels a little stuck. I wouldn’t say I dislike it, but I’m not especially excited to log in and use it either.
"I’ll admit, I assumed it would be just..."
I’ll admit, I assumed it would be just another place for messages to pile up, but it’s actually been really easy to keep up with team chats and notes. Everything feels simple to follow, which helps us stay on the same page.
"Decent for sequences, but email delivery has been hit or miss"
Salesloft has been easy to use for setting up sequences, and I do like how simple it is to keep outreach organized. That said, we’ve had a tough time with deliverability. A lot of emails seem to end up in spam or just don’t show up, even after double-checking the usual settings. Support was responsive and shared some basic suggestions, but we didn’t see much improvement. It’s a solid enough tool in some ways, but the email delivery issues make it harder for us to fully rely on it.

"Salesloft has been super reliable for our team"
Not gonna lie, Salesloft has been really dependable for us. We use it pretty much every day, and the uptime has been solid. I can only remember maybe one small hiccup, and even that was fixed quickly, so it really wasn’t a big deal.
Calls, emails, and cadences all work when we need them to, which is huge for a sales team that basically lives in the tool all day. It’s not flashy drama, just reliable, and that’s exactly what we need.
